PRICING & POLICIES
Every standard cleaning from PCC includes a satisfaction guarantee so that you can rest easy knowing that the job will be done well. Our cleaning crew will focus on the areas of the home that get used the most, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living area. Services in these areas include:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting all surfaces, baseboards, furniture, picture frames, and most electronics
- Cleaning toilets, sinks, counters, tubs, showers, and stovetop
- Wiping down cupboard doors, microwave, door knobs, light switches, window ledges, and counter backsplashes
- Polishing chrome taps
- Emptying trash cans
Extra Services can be arranged at the time of booking, including fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, interior window washing.
These are products used by cleaning companies to promote a better environment and a healthier home. Green cleaning solutions don’t contain ozone depleting chemicals or flammable substances that can irritate the skin and cause respiratory illnesses.
While most green cleaning products cannot remove all harmful forms of bacteria, PCC strives to use the most appropriate methods for each service.
We will ask for a credit card when scheduling to hold your appointment time.
Fees are based on the condition and size of the home. If you need assistance selecting services, please contact us so that we can customize a package that suits your needs budget.
We bring all our own supplies. Our cleaning crews use green products, but if there are supplies that you would prefer us to use (for wood floors for example) feel free to let us know and we can use any supplies you leave out for us.
We love pets, and will be very careful around them. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so we can take care to not startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure them as appropriate in case visitors make them nervous.
In addition to cleaning all the areas in your home you’d expect, during the first clean, your cleaning crew will damp wipe your baseboards, window sills and door ledges – removing the dust and grime buildup. We will vacuum floor to ceiling in the corners of each room we clean, and then corner to corner along the tops of the walls to remove any cobwebs and dust up high. Team members will spend extra time in the kitchen and the bathrooms to clean away scale and soap buildup on the first visit. We clean the kitchen floor, bathroom floors and the entry foyer. We use vacuums to remove allergens out of the air and furniture, as well as cleaning under beds and on top of appliances.

To allow us to be most efficient, it is helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, household items, and clutter before the team arrives. This allows us to move through your home more quickly, which can lessen the cost. Put away any important documents and valuables. No worries though, we’re ready to tackle messes, and will neatly pile and arrange any items left on floors or furniture.
